Luxury Serviced Residence Design in Rixensart - 14,000 m²
In the heart of the former Genval paper mills in Rixensart, a visionary project is taking shape: a premium serviced residence featuring 100 apartments, seamlessly integrated into a vibrant setting with private residences and retail spaces. Spanning 14,000 m², this exceptional development offers an array of exclusive amenities, including a hair salon, fitness center, bar, library, and a spacious restaurant.
The interior architecture embraces a refined contemporary approach, where luxury meets warmth and conviviality. American Walnut serves as the design’s unifying element, used across more than 800 m² in various finishes—smooth, rough-sawn—and crafted into partitions, panelling, and custom furniture. Every detail has been meticulously considered, including the interplay of joints between panels to create a subtle, elegant rhythm.
The project’s visual identity is reinforced by bespoke printed carpets, designed exclusively for this space. The restaurant’s lighting system, featuring adjustable magnetic fixtures, allows for effortless ambiance control. Glass pendant lights, delicately draped in linen veils, cast a soft glow, enhanced by brass accents that add warmth to the space. Finally, custom-designed banquettes with relaxed retro lines complete the sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere.
